This liquid with the strange name is based on a high-tech microbe that feasts on the odor-producing material. It's especially effective with pet (or people) urine. It works on carpets, fabric, upholstery, tile, wood, stainless steel, and linoleum.
It's safe for pets and humans, and fairly green. It may not be perfect in all cases, especially when odors are deeply embedded, but for normal use it's extremely effective.
