Review: An excellent MP3 player that features a fully functional touch screen, an easy interface, and outstanding audio and video quality. You can use the web at broadband speeds with its built-in Wi-Fi connection and full HTML internet browser. The multi-touch interface is highly intuitive and makes it easy to flip through your albums, photo galleries, or favorite web sites. Its 32GB of storage gives you plenty of room, but if that's not enough, consider the Zune 120GB or iPod Classic. The perfect MP3 player for buyers who want more than just listening to music.

As the owner of an iPod touch, I can attest that this truly is the best MP3 player I've ever had. It might not necessarily have the best sound quality (it's great, but not audiophile quality), but it's the sheer amount of things you can do with it that makes it such a great unit. It's a PDA, video game console, web browser and mp3 player rolled into one sleek and sexy package. As a college student, i bring it with me almost everywhere I go. If class is boring, i surf the web and talk to friends via AIM. I track my budget and expenses with a budget app. I even play games on it when I'm bored.

Arguably, the best feature about the touch is the App Store. It gives you access to thousands of free and pay applications that transform your iPod from a music player to scientific calculator to dictionary to eBook reader and even a music maker (yes, there are applications that let you play a virtual piano and drumset!).

The sheer amount of functions of this makes it a highly attractive alternative to those who either don't want to or cannot afford an iPhone and its monthly usage fees. It's basically an iPhone without the phone, and if you have wifi at the places you frequent, you retain 99% of the features.

I'm really just grazing the surface of what the touch is capable of. All I can say is that I highly, highly recommend it!
