I just upgraded my headset to the Plantronics Voyager 520 so that I could use my cell phone in my convertible. Apparently, those on the other end of the line could not hear me at all. I left message for one person and they said they deleted it because they couldn't hear a word I said. Needless to say, I will be returning the item and do no recommend it's wind screen or noise-canceling capabilities.
