The Crossfit movement is relatively new, but much of its training follows well-established principles. These include various form of cardio, calisthenics and weight lifting. A very good blend of stability, cushioning and durability makes the Reebok Crossfit Flex Nanoa solid choice for the variety of demands Crossfit places on shoes. Enough of a minimalist design to keep them light, but they are reinforced with a carbon rubber outsole and side wall lug wraps that make them durable for lifting and running. The most interesting feature is something Reebok calls U-Form Technology. You use a hair dryer to heat up the shoes, then wear them for several minutes so they conform to your feet. This process helps give the shoes a custom fit to help improve your performance in a a range of crossfit activities.
