This bench is perfect for those on a budget and/or those with more serious space constraints. The FID bench costs about a hundred dollars less than any bench in the top three, but still offers 12 different position adjustments for plenty of workout options. The FID bench comes pre-assembled and folds pretty easily for storage so it won’t get in the way once your workout is done – a great value for the money. Rating: 4.25/5
