Best Gaming Laptop Money Can Buy

If you’re shopping for a gaming notebook, a discrete ATI or Nvidia graphics card, high-end processor and high resolution screen should be the highest priority. You should also make sure your gaming notebook has plenty of RAM or solid state drive (SSD) or 7,200RPM hard drive . These components ensure you'll be able to play the latest games at full speed. Be prepared to spend a lot more than the average notebook if you want a quality gaming experience that's as good as what you'll find on a desktop or console.

Outdated information. While the Alienware is pretty much king of the hill, you don't mention the single GPU laptops from companies like Digital Storm or Vigor Gaming that use desktop-class Core I7 Extreme procs that will push benchmark scores past those of W90s and Qosmios. On a related note - Newegg has bumped up the price of both the W90VP-X2 and Qosmios to $2499.99.
