What are you looking for when you are purchasing a golf cart? Maybe the most important choice is whether you want a gas or electric cart. With an optional speed kit (which adds to the cost), the Yamaha Drive PTV cart can reach a maximum speed of 19 mph. It uses a 48 volt motor and has 7 different color options. The Fairplay ZX 5.5 uses a 48 volt motor. It has all the classic features one would expect for a golf cart. The design of the cart is stylish, but the wheels are a bit smaller than the other carts on this list. The ZX 5.5 also has headlights and taillights.
