Used FTD to have flowers delivered for an anniversary 3 days ago. Not only did they not deliver the flowers but also sent a confirmation email on the delivery. What a rip off these buggers are. When I called the customer care, they said its too late to contact the delivery guy. They would however deliver it the next day with an apology note. I wonder who... Read More owns the apology in this scenario... Nevertheless, stay away from this portal and their efficiency model!! Minimize
