Best Special Lasagna Pan
Not everyone likes turkey for Thanksgiving. If you want to please these naysayers and vegetarians a good bet is lasagna.
Most cooks probably know about the new generation of brownie pans with extra baffles and interior walls to make sure that every piece has at least two chewy crusts. And some of the pans let you bake different batters at the same time in one pan, so you could make half a batch with nuts and half without for anyone allergic.
