Very happy with this hardware, December 24 2008
Upgraded from an 8800GTX. I'm glad I did. This GTX280 card idles silent at 40C, and has never had a lag, stuttered, or overheated or throttled. Awesome Card, Needs more stability tho, September 15 2009
I bought 3 of these, and I slapped Swiftech water blocks & heat sinks on them in Tri Sli. They are wicked fast and pretty much over kill with 3 but when not gaming I'm Folding@Home. Max load temps 35c-37c (water cooled, add 30c if running stock HS & fan) ambient room temp 73f-75f controlled 24/7.
