Why it's best:
The Gigabyte UD3R is a solid board for a reasonable price. It features their special Dynamic Energy Saver technology which allows the motherboard to throttle processes whenever needed to reduce power consumption, translating into a slightly lower electricity bill in the long run. It also features four USB ports and eight SATA ports to accommodate those with many hard drives.
