Why it's best:
The Honeywell HW-628 Enviracaire Twin Window Fan uses two powerful fans to bring cool air in and send hot air out. It has three fan speed settings; when set to the low setting, it operates very quietly, and when set to the high setting, it is very powerful and moves a lot of air. Despite being made of plastic, this fan is durable and solidly built. It features extensions on both sides in order to fit windows sized from 23 inches to 38-1/2 inches wide. If you’re looking for an economical way to keep the house cooler during the summer, the Honeywell HW-628 window fan is a great choice because of its performance and affordability.
