Why it's a best pick:
Best in the bagless variety, the Hoover WindTunnel has a lot of features usually found on more expensive models, such as HEPA filtration, power nozzle and food pedal cord rewind. There's even a handy setting from bare floor to carpets, built into the handle design. Consumers like the price and performance, but some find the dirt container is small and needs to be emptied more often.
