Why it's best:
Many people may not see the point in spending big bucks for a simple USB wireless 'n' adapter, especially when a cheaper, basic model will provide 90% of the functionality for 20% of the price. While that may be true, the less expensive options do not often come with dual-band operation and 256-bit encryption. Because the WUSB600N can operate at 2.4GHz or 5GHz, you can take full advantage of unused frequencies (provided the router supports them). Another effect that this capability has is full backwards compatibility with 802.11a/b/g standards, giving you the versatility to switch between different networks without having to swap adapters. The dual-band design, high speed operation, full feature list, and user-friendliness make the Linksys WUSB600N one of the best choices for a wireless 'N' USB adapter.

Not so! Had hoped...read full review

I also bought a Linksys WRT600N router to upgrade my whole wireless system too. Th...read full review
