MAC Superior Santoku Knife

This company is known for producing knives with incredibly sharp blades that can outperform most other santoku knives on the market, even those that cost a lot more money. This knife isn't as small as many other santokus, which makes it a better all-purpose knife that can take over many tasks that the chef's knife is often used for. The blade is also quite thin and the edge razor sharp, making it possible to chop straight through meats and veggies without applying much pressure. Though the blade is only between 2 and 2.5 mm thick, it is made from an incredibly durable stainless steel. The lightweight design and slightly elevated handle also make this one of the most comfortable knives on the market.
