Why it's best:
You just plug it in, pour in the tainted water, and four hours later you have a gallon of absolutely clean water. It boils your impure water and condenses the clean steam. It's also great for filling devices like clothes irons that need distilled water.
It also comes with a charcoal filter, but many users say this isn't needed. It's sturdy and well-made, and can produce 4 gallons of very pure water a day. And it's easy to clean.

Manufacturer Description: This distiller produces 4 gallons of pure water per day. Manual filling is easy and safe. Included with distiller are all parts and supplies to get started: Glass collection bottle, cords, filters, and residue cleaner. Easy to follow directions.

- Cheap to produce water
- Reliable (so far)

Recieved 5 StarsBest water distiller ever, June 27, 2009

The fan is very quiet compared to another model. This distiller takes close to 5 hours to distill a gallon of water from a cold start. I am happy with this model, I would...read full review

Recieved 5 StarsWater Distiller, June 15, 2009

When I couldn't find it at Sears again, I started looking through the Amazon reviews and was impressed with this one. It's more $$ than the Sears, but I'm hoping it lasts as long as others have had theirs....read full review
