Mountain Woods Extra Thick Acacia Cutting Board
The Mountain Woods 18-by-12-inch acacia board is ideal for cutting, chopping, carving and serving a variety of different foods. Since it's reversible, cooks can use one side of the board for veggies and the other for meats, preventing the risk of cross-contamination. A deep juice groove on one side helps you keep track of which side is for meat and catches liquids so they don’t spill onto the counter. This board is made with edge grain wood, making it durable and naturally water repellant. Though the wood is protected with a food-grade finish, a food-safe vegetable or mineral oil should be applied regularly to keep the wood from drying out and cracking.
