MSI has always opreated in the shadow of ASUS in the netbook and small PC market. That is unfortuante, because their products are often very competitive. The MSI Wind Top AE1900 is just another example.
This 19" all-in-one PC has hardware that is very similar to the Eee Top recommended as #1. It includes an Atom dual core processor running at 1.6 GHz and 2GB of RAM. A wired keyboard and wired mouse are included in the package.
There is one big difference, however - the MSI Wind Top AE1900 is a touch screen. You can navigate windows using your fingers rather than a mouse. There is some debate about the usefulness of this, but if you're pro-touch this will suit your tastes. The AE1900 is also the same price as the ASUS Eee Top ET2002.
