Mundial 5100 Series 6-Inch Boning Knife
The forged steel blade of the Mundial Boning Knife is razor sharp all the way to the tip. The incredibly sharp tip makes this a great knife for removing silver skin and trimming fat off of cuts of meat. This knife sports a full tang and a durable, triple-riveted handle. It's a little on the heavy side, though the hefty handle and the thin, delicate blade are well-balanced. Though it's made to take the meat off of a bone, the blade is quite flexible, so some care should be taken when working it at an angle.
