I purchased this scanner in December 2007 expecting that it would include the current release of SilverFast Ai scanning software. When I got the scanner, I found that scanning color negatives was unsatisfactory because of excessive color cast. Much better software package for...read full review

I copied over 2500 slides with the equipment and it worked great. It paid for itself the first day. Friends are using it for their slides. Good investment.
