The sound quality is pleasingly neutral, with natural-sounding responses uncharacteristic of a budget speaker. The db651 is rated at 60 watts RMS, with a maximum power handling capacity of 180 watts. Last but not least, the db651 speakers are ‘Marine certified’ according to Polk, which means that they’re waterproof and shockproof in order to be used on the deck of a boat.
