I mounted a 42" Samsung and I agree with other reviewers that this mount feels really sturdy. It was very easy to mount and the ability to lock the TV to the wall is a plus. This is a well constructed, heavy duty wall mount that is easy to install. At 1 ¼" it is very low profile...too low however for the Panasonic TH-50PX600U. Although it comes with lots of hardware for stud or cement mounting, the screws that are provided to connect the brackets to the flat panel are not long enough for the spacers Sanus provides...read full review

Talk about solid! Be sure you observe the 30" minimum dimension. If you have a smaller display you'll want a different mount. This is a moose. It's simple, easy to mount if you've got stud construction and comes with a lot of hardware.
Great Product at a Inexpensive Price, August 31, 2006
This flat panel TV mount worked great with my Panasonic plasma, with one exception, the plastic washers/shims (approximately 3/4" in thick) they provided were too long. To correct this I went and bought 1/4" nylon washers/shims which worked perfectly. The low price of the mount was also an added bonus.
