Review: The best option available today, Sony's PlayStation 3 outperforms most other Blu-ray players and doubles as a outstanding game console. It supports Profile 2.0 Blu-ray discs and its firmware is easily upgradable via Wi-Fi. The PS3 also does a great job upconverting standard DVDs. It lacks IR support and analog multichannel outputs, but buyers who don't prefer a standalone Blu-ray player will be very satisfied. For gamers, it's a no-brainer.

So I started looking at games available for the system and saw the review for the Uncharted game over on Gamespot. Uncharted looked like the best game for me, and considering the other bundles availab...read full review

Recieved 4 StarsSo far, so good, January 22 2009

I have never really been a PlayStation fan since purchasing the very first PlayStation nearly 10 years ago. As a result most of my console gaming was on Nintendo's and Microsoft's consoles. However, between my XBOX Pro and Elite consoles, I have had to send them back them to Microsoft seven times...read full review
