About Me:
I'm the founder of the award-winning consumer air travel website, The Cranky Flier (crankyflier.com). My love for the airlines started when I was young; I was the youngest known travel agent in the US at the age of 12. Since that time, I've worked in revenue management, marketing, and strategy for airlines including America West, Eos, United, and USAir. I started The Cranky Flier in 2006 which has since been named one of the World's Top 50 Most Powerful Blogs (The Observer Magazine). I've been quoted in a variety of publications including the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Forbes, CNN.com, and the AP. I graduated from The George Washington University with a Bachelors in business in 1999 and from Stanford University with an MBA in 2004.
