Gregg has been an instrumental figure in the success of both mainstream and start-up Internet development. Most recently, Gregg founded and created OneCubicle.com, a new business social networking Website aimed at young professionals in their first, second and third job placements. Gregg’s site is the brainchild stemming from a night watching the hit television series “The Office” and his realization of a lack of professionalism, specifically for Gen Y users on Linkedin and Facebook. Essentially, he identified a niche market where Gen Y’s can both harness their need and love for social networking with their ambition and personal career aspirations. OneCubicle.com is the place where young professionals can network to their next job, meet their next boss, and stay connected with their industry. Gregg has been a guest speaker at many California universities such as LMU, UCI and USC, where he spoke on both “real life” career advice as well as his experiences as an entrepreneur. Gregg also served as a member of the social media panel at the 2009 N.A.C.E. conference. He has also contributed to Fox News programs dealing with “Gen Y and the Workplace.”
